Florian, an economist by education, is a passionate entrepreneur. With experience in dynamic startup hubs like Silicon Valley and Tel Aviv, he leverages his open innovation and urban development background to scale the Urban Living Lab beyond Mannheim.
Inger Egeland-Helgøy
Managing Director Nordics
Inger has over 15 years of experience in the real estate & construction space, runs a family office focusing on early stage investments and is General Partner at Link Venture Capital.
Marcel Hauptenbuchner
Venture Partner Mannheim
Marcel is a real estate veteran managing two large real estate portfolios. He is always on the look-out for innovative solutions aiding the green transformation of his existing building stock.
Erik Walkling
Investment Manager
Erik was the first ever intern at STYX back in the founding days. He has a degree from University of Mannheim, experience from working at Startups as well as in M&A and - in line with STYX's vision - is passionate about European integration and the EU.

Jens is an experienced board member and serial entrepreneur, having led three German consulting and tech companies. He is an active investor in EdTech and PropTech as well as facilitator in complex governance and policy projects.

Josep benefits from 10+ years of legal experience in the realm of M&A and Venture Capital. Deeply rooted in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Barcelona, he successfully directs the consulting firm Now & Beyond. Josep is member of the American Bar Association.
